It’s official: in 2025, the Republic of Moldova will be represented for the very first time at the iconic Burning Man festival. In the heart of the Black Rock Desert, Nevada, over 80,000 people will encounter a powerful symbol of our culture — a monumental pan flute (nai), crafted by a team of Moldovan artists and volunteers. For millions watching online, this monumental installation tells a story of roots, the sound of our soul, and the kind of beauty that grows in freedom.
Pearl Code, inspired by this collective dream, has joined the initiative. While we may not be there in person, we want the spirit, the idea, and the heart of Moldova to be truly felt in the desert. That’s how the “Burning” capsule jewelry collection was born — a statement of connection that transcends space and time.
“We asked ourselves: what if we could wear the desert with us, even if we’re not there? Let it speak through us, let it unite us. We created a mini-collection: a bracelet and ring with pearl for women, volcanic stone for men, and between them — a double-sided medallion: Burning Man on one side, and on the other, a Moldovan rose inspired by traditional carpets.”
The Burning Collection is not for sale — it can only be received in exchange for a donation supporting the Burning Flute team, the creators behind the project. In this way, each piece becomes more than an accessory: it’s a wearable poem, proof that our dreams and roots can travel together across continents.
