Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions belong to LES PERLES S.R.L., a legal entity registered in the Republic of Moldova, holding the fiscal code 1022600005501, hereinafter referred to on this website as “Pearl Code”, “online store”, “website”, or “we”, and refer to the services offered through the online store www.pearlcode.co.
The term "Client" refers to all natural and/or legal persons who access the online store or order products from the site www.pearlcode.co through any means agreed upon by Pearl Code.
The Client's use of the site www.pearlcode.co constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) in this document, as well as an express acknowledgment that Pearl Code reserves the right to review and update the site and its entire content (including these T&Cs) without prior notice. This doesn't exempt the Client from the obligation to be aware of and comply with the content of this site.
Order and Payment
The Client will place the order online and will receive confirmation by email (at the address with which the Client Account was created). All prices and, where applicable, delivery costs are expressed in RON and include VAT at a rate of 19%.
By placing the order, the Client confirms that they accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions and commit to collecting the package and paying the price displayed in the Shopping Cart. Pearl Code undertakes to deliver the product to the address provided digitally by the Client. For deliveries outside Romania, the Client must contact Pearl Code (details on how to contact us can be found in the Contact section).
Client Account
To use the site www.pearlcode.co and the services offered by the online store, the Client agrees to:
- Provide real and complete data by filling in all the required fields in the registration form and to update them whenever changes occur.
- Provide a valid email address and activate the account created and attached to that email address. Authentication and order tracking will be done using this email address, so we recommend providing an email address that you use regularly.
Pearl Code reserves the right to cancel accounts and/or orders placed from accounts suspected of being false or containing inaccurate information.
If Pearl Code finds that, during the creation of the Account, the Client provided false, outdated, or incomplete data that caused damage, it may pursue civil or criminal liability of the Client, as appropriate.
Client Obligations
The Client agrees to respect the following and assumes full responsibility for any actions contrary to the below:
- Not to use the information, photos, or any other materials from the site for commercial or any other purposes, except for personal use. Use for any purpose, including advertising/commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.
- Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the information, photos, or any other materials (graphics, logo, design) from the site without the prior written consent obtained from Pearl Code. All these elements are the property of www.pearlcode.co and are protected by copyright law.
PRODUCT ORDERING
To benefit from the services offered by Pearl Code, you will need to provide certain personal data. Your refusal to provide this data will make it impossible to use Pearl Code services and conduct commercial transactions. As a general rule, you can visit the Pearl Code website without providing personal data.
The company is not responsible for the content, quality, or nature of the sites linked to this site (commercial or advertising links). The responsibility for these sites lies entirely with their owners.
The delivery time for ordered products is as stipulated in the "Shipping Information" section. Pearl Code cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company or its inability to contact the client in a timely manner to meet the delivery deadline.
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product images are real, but some products may have images provided for presentation purposes only, or a product image may represent a collection of products. Additional product details can be requested by phone.
It is possible that, due to an error, certain products displayed on the site and ordered by the Client may no longer be in stock. In such a case, the Company will contact the Client who placed the order and inform them of this situation. The Client may choose to receive the order without the product that is no longer available or cancel the entire order. Any amount paid in advance will be refunded to the client in the event of order cancellation.
