Refund & Return
Products purchased online may be returned without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Before the end of this withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring any additional costs, except those provided by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova, within 14 calendar days starting from the day they take physical possession of the product.
The consumer is responsible only for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and the Civil Code.
Product returns are accepted under the terms and conditions below, in full compliance with the legal provisions of the Republic of Moldova on consumer rights in contracts concluded at a distance.
In the case of legal entities (who do not have the status of a consumer), we reserve the right to accept or reject product returns.
We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered.
The seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the consumer notifies the decision to withdraw from the contract and the return is accepted. Pearl Code may delay the refund of the product value until the actual receipt of the returned product or until proof of its shipment is provided, in cases where Pearl Code has not offered to recover the product personally (the latest date will be considered). The refund of the amount corresponding to the returned products will be made after verifying the products and after agreeing on the refund method or according to legal procedures.
If the returned products show signs of damage or are incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, dents, electric shocks, missing accessories, or missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
We also reserve the right to refuse the return if there are suspicions of abuse (e.g., repeated returns by the same buyer).
Important!
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the jewelry has a manufacturing defect or is unexpectedly damaged due to reasons beyond the customer's control. Additionally, if a product different from the one ordered is delivered, PEARL CODE will cover the costs of exchanging it for the correct product.
Please note the bank account to which you would like the refund to be transferred in the "Payment Method" section of the return form. Currently, this is the only method available for refunding the value of the product.
